Hypnos was one of the earliest humans to become adventurers and gain Ultra-capable.
He was formerly the best strategist in  the Haybine country's army during the war, but after the country's defeat a century later, he was handed over to the enemy nation Allable as part of a ceasefire treaty Treaty IIX for experimentation with his Ultra-capable.

After escaping with his abilities and intellect, he, along with Pm and several others he saved, founded FAMB. Presently, Hypnos serves as an advisor and director of educational guidance within the bureau.
