A nation of innovation and knowledge Founded by merchant guilds along major trade routes, the Lougen Federation follows the magical paths of Wisdom, Checks and Balances, and Golden Elixir. The federation consists of fourteen districts, three of which were annexed later and now function as major autonomous regions. --------------------------------
Sky Garden Installation. --The structure invented by Promix Tech, the largest industry in Lougen Federation. To defend against underground invasions and large-scale warfare, the federation worked with Promix Tech and constructed the Sky Garden Installation, a network of floating cities that relocated part of the population into the skies. While the project attracted commoners without magical talent and merchants from abroad, it also intensified social stratification, creating one of the widest wealth gaps in Nixland. --------------------------------
